Licensing and features
Your platform operator licenses modules per organisation. An unlicensed module is hidden from the sidebar, and the server refuses requests to it.
| License | Covers | Hidden when off |
|---|---|---|
| Job Postings | Job portal, applicants and the applications pipeline | Job Portal pages; the job posting, applicant and application APIs |
| Employer Management | Employers, contacts and interactions | Employers |
| Scheduling | Appointments calendar, resources and bookings | Appointments, resources, availability |
| Events | Workshops, info sessions and public registration | Events |
| Documents | Document storage, versions and links | The document library and API |
| Reporting | Custom reports, exports, emails and schedules | Reports |
- An organisation without any license settings is fully licensed.
- Licenses combine with permissions: a user needs both the license and the permission.
- To change licenses, contact your platform operator. They manage them in Overseer → Tenant → Licenses.
